Dr. Morgan Biggs

Hi, I’m Dr. Morgan Biggs, a board-certified psychiatrist who completed my medical education at Morehouse School of Medicine and a four-year residency at Community Health of South Florida, Inc. I offer telehealth-based psychiatric care that is trauma-informed, collaborative, and deeply human.

As someone connected to the neurodivergent community, I understand the experience of being seen as “different," and how that shapes communication, identity, and mental health. I work especially well with patients who have felt misunderstood in traditional settings, and I’m committed to creating a space where people feel heard, safe, and respected.

The clinic does not support the following at this time:

• Psychotherapy or Therapy.
• ADHD or Autism evaluations: patients will be referred to a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation.
• Short or Long term Disability, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), and/or any work form
• Work accommodations and leaves
• Emotional support animal (ESA) or service animal forms
• Workers’ compensation claims
• Forms: Federal Aviation Administrator (FAA), fit-for-duty, military , court letter, DMV
• Prescribing multiple controlled substances ( patient must have no other controlled substance on prescription monitoring drug program database)

My approach to psychiatry is integrative and rooted in treating the whole person, not just symptoms. I combine evidence-based medication management with mindfulness-based CBT, grounding techniques, nervous system education, and lifestyle supports. I tailor care based on each patient’s values and needs, and I minimize medication use when appropriate. My style is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive.

Patients can expect a supportive and customized experience that honors their full story. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, or identity-related stress, you’ll leave sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical steps toward healing. My goal is to help you feel empowered—not pathologized—and to walk alongside you as you move toward stability, clarity, and wholeness.

***LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS:

If you cancel the appointment within 24 hours, the fee is $200 for an initial evaluation and $100 for a follow up. If you are 15 minutes late to an initial evaluation and 10 minutes late to a follow up, it will be counted as a no-show and the fee will apply. There are no refunds.
