Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm glad you're here. Life can be messy, complicated, and overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a little extra help to sort through it. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, veterans, and individuals with disabilities in inpatient, outpatient, residential, school, and vocational rehabilitation settings. These diverse experiences have shaped my belief that everyone’s story is unique, and healing looks different for each person.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a space where you can come as you are, without judgment or pressure to be anything other than yourself. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, blending structure with openness. I draw on evidence-based approaches while always centering our work on your personal goals and strengths. Together, we’ll make sense of the things that feel heavy and find practical ways to move forward. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, understood, and capable of change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about connection. We’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s been going on for you lately. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out right away. I’ll explain how therapy works, answer any questions you have, and together we’ll start identifying what you’d like to work on. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported and a bit clearer about what therapy can look like for you.
