Great to meet you!

Welcome – I'm Glad You're Here!

My name is Morgan Briggs and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength. With 10 years of experience in the mental health field and 3 specifically as a therapist, I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive space for healing and personal growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have advanced training in EMDR, ACT, trauma-informed care, and IFS . My practice focuses on using a holistic approach in mind, body and spirit, working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relationship difficulties.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, my primary goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe that healing and growth happen best in an environment built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.

You can expect to walk away from our work with a deeper understanding of yourself , greater emotional resilience and self compassion, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, clarify your goals, and develop healthier coping strategies that align with your values and needs.
