Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and continued my academics to achieve my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana. I thrive on connecting with others and find joy in fostering growth and resilience in those I serve. My hope is that my genuine passion for empowering individuals through life’s challenges shines through in an empathetic and supportive counseling approach.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in integrating mental health with physical wellness, emphasizing the connection between the mind and body. I work with clients to help them explore how food, lifestyle, and emotional well-being are interrelated, helping them develop holistic strategies to improve both their mental and physical health.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to go through an intake with me that covers a wide range of their past, present and any issues they are facing. I like to have a whole picture of where someone comes from when driving into what is going on. From there, we would then come up with a plan that aligns their needs and schedule to find the right fit for counseling.
