Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Morgan Connet, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with adults and teens who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Regis University and have experience in private practice as well as addiction recovery treatment. My focus is helping people find healthier ways to cope, improve relationships, and feel more grounded in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—together we’ll tailor the process to your needs and goals. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and motivational interviewing. These tools help clients manage emotions, reduce unhelpful patterns, and build resilience in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you’ll feel heard and supported. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, identify your goals, and start creating small, manageable steps toward the changes you want. Many clients share that they leave the first session feeling a sense of relief and hope that things can get better.
