Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I work with adults who are seeking a safe and nurturing environment to navigate through anxiety, depression, self-defeating thought patterns, self-esteem issues, co-dependency, interpersonal relationship issues, sexuality, trauma, and familial issues. I strive to be a partner on your journey to feeling more whole, enlightened, self-loving, and self-accepting.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself eclectic in my approach to therapy as one size does not fit all when it comes to truly unmasking the potential for self love and acceptance within each individual client. I often utilize techniques based in cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, person centered therapy, relational therapy and internal family systems therapy.

What you can expect from me

In working with me you will experience a calm, engaging and accepting space. I am affirming and direct, I will utilize humor when appropriate and invite you to be present with yourself.
