Great to meet you!

Morgan is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about working with individuals navigating all kinds of life stressors and challenges. She emphasizes building a strong therapeutic relationship based on warmth, empathy, trust, and safety while prioritizing strengths-based approaches to encourage empowerment and resilience.

She has experience working with individuals and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, grief, relational and intimacy struggles, adjustment issues, and trauma. Morgan has also worked in intensive outpatient settings for substance use treatment and recovery. Additionally, she has a special interest in working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community as well as other multicultural populations.

My approach to therapy

Morgan enjoys utilizing an eclectic approach as she believes that one size does not fit all in therapy and each person has unique individual needs. However, she typically utilizes strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other trauma informed interventions. She emphasizes the importance of utilizing holistic approaches that prioritize the whole person.

What you can expect from me

In a first session with Morgan, you can expect warmth and active listening for her to better understand what is bringing a client in for therapy sessions. Morgan will ask questions to get to know you as a person outside of areas of concern and she will prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship that feels safe, comfortable, and empowering.
