Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dr. Elizabeth Morgan, a licensed psychologist and board-certified clinical neuropsychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and advanced fellowship training at Mayo Clinic. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional difficulties, and performance-related challenges. My specialties include trauma-focused psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and helping individuals build emotional resilience and confidence. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques, including trauma-focused psychotherapy and EMDR, to help you process difficult experiences, understand emotional patterns, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, or difficulties with confidence and emotional regulation, we'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you build resilience, restore emotional balance, and develop practical tools for lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to connect, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to achieve. I'll take time to understand your concerns, personal history, and current challenges while ensuring you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll identify your priorities and explore treatment options, including trauma-focused psychotherapy or EMDR when appropriate. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where your experiences are respected and your goals guide our work together.
