Together, we’ll identify your unique needs and build a path forward that honors your experiences, highlights your inner strengths, and fosters healing and self-awareness.
Through open and collaborative dialogue, I can help you identify goals if you’re unsure about where to start. If you already have goals in mind, I’ll regularly check in with you each session to celebrate your progress and adjust our approach as needed to keep moving forward.
