Great to meet you!

I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, or caught in cycles of perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or self-doubt. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, rather than criticism. Together, we work to understand these protective parts, honor the role they once played, and gently help them shift into roles that better support your current needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults, couples, and families who feel stuck in unhelpful emotional and relational patterns. Common concerns include anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, codependency, emotional reactivity, and difficulty with self-worth. I also work with couples and families to improve communication, reduce reactivity, and break down rigid roles. I use an integrative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and intentional. I will meet you where you are while also gently challenging patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Whether you are seeking personal growth, healthier relationships, or relief from emotional exhaustion, we will work together to help you build insight, self-compassion, and lasting change.
