Great to meet you!

Throughout my career, I’ve found myself really drawn to understanding the brain—because it influences everything we do, how we think, and how we experience the world. And most of us were never taught how to actually work with our brains instead of against them. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating ADHD, autism, neurological conditions, and major life transitions. My style is warm, approachable, and down-to-earth—I want therapy to feel like a space where you can relax, be yourself, and not feel pressure to “do it right.” Together, we’ll work to understand how your brain works, explore how your past experiences may be impacting your present, and build practical, realistic changes that fit your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique brain and way of processing, and therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all experience. When we work together, it’s very much a partnership—you should feel comfortable, respected, and able to be yourself. I’ll be there to listen, support you, and gently challenge you when needed. Together, we’ll focus on building insight and making changes that feel realistic and doable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take things at your pace— you’ll have space to share what brought you to therapy. We’ll start to get a sense of what you’re hoping for and what would feel helpful for you, and figure that out together. My goal is to create a warm, comfortable environment where you can be yourself without feeling judged or pressured. You don’t need to have everything figured out going in. From there, we’ll begin building a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you moving forward.
