Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. My approach to therapy is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on creating a space where you can explore your feelings, build self-awareness, and foster personal growth. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is based on the belief that healing happens through relationships. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can build trust, explore your emotions, and address challenges. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, helping you process emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and navigate life transitions.

I primarily work with young adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about supporting individuals in developing emotional regulation, enhancing self-esteem, and improving interpersonal relationships.

My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, providing a compassionate space for growth and healing. I communicate in a warm, open, and empathetic way, and I work hard to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you'll feel heard and understood. I believe in a collaborative approach, where we work together to explore your challenges and find solutions that truly feel right for you.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and explore the experiences, concerns, and goals that are important to you. I will create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and at your own pace.

Together, we will begin identifying areas you would like to work on and develop an initial understanding of what may be contributing to your current challenges. We may also begin identifying your strengths, coping strategies, and resources that can support you throughout the therapy process. By the end of the first session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and have a clearer sense of how we can work together toward meaningful change.
