Great to meet you!

Before entering this field, I spent years as a teacher, coach, and mentor, and that background shapes how I show up with clients to this day. I work with people across the full lifespan: infants and toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. My experience spans anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum challenges, chronic illness, grief, ADHD, and the specific mental demands of athletic performance. I am proudly LGBTQIA+ affirming, and my practice welcomes people of all identities, backgrounds, and life circumstances.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and entirely tailored to you, drawing from a range of methods grounded in research and adapted to what actually fits your situation and your goals. I work at your pace and will never push you faster than you're ready to go. Whether you're an athlete working on the mental side of performance, a parent seeking support for your child or family, or an adult navigating a hard season of life, we'll find an approach that meets you where you are. My goal is to create an environment of genuine understanding where healing and growth can actually happen.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a warm, conversational intake focused on your intentions and needs, building trust, and letting you set the pace entirely. I'm here to support your journey, not to direct it. If you're ready to take that step, I'd love to connect.
