Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah, with a concentration in Substance Use Disorders. Since graduating, I have worked in outpatient and residential treatment settings, supporting adolescents and adults who are navigating mental health challenges, OCD, trauma, and substance use concerns.

You may benefit from working with me if you feel stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences, overwhelming anxiety, or intrusive thoughts that interfere with daily life. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I use to help clients process trauma and distressing experiences in a way that feels safe and empowering. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop greater psychological flexibility, relate differently to intrusive thoughts, and build a life guided by their values rather than fear.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and work at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your goals, helping you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My approach is grounded in the understanding that each person’s experiences, emotions, and challenges are deeply interconnected. I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings while also considering the broader influences of relationships, environment, and personal history.

What you can expect from me

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions. Together, we will work to reduce the impact of anxiety, OCD, trauma, and other mental health challenges while building psychological flexibility, resilience, and self-awareness. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values, rather than one driven by fear or avoidance.

I am passionate about helping clients build meaningful connections with themselves and others, guiding them toward a deeper understanding of their values, strengths, and potential. Whether you're navigating intrusive thoughts, healing from trauma, or working through life transitions, I strive to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and capable of lasting growth.
