Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist with a PhD in clinical psychology and I specialize in helping individuals work through a history of complex trauma, perfectionism, and burnout. I have extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as mindfulness-based approaches.

My approach to therapy

As an interpersonal and psychodynamic therapist, not only we will notice and talk about what is happening to you outside of therapy, but we’ll also investigate the stuff that is coming up between us in the therapy room. We typically have tendencies that often resurface no matter where we are.

What you can expect from me

Together, we'll work on identifying the underlying causes of your anxiety and self-doubt and develop strategies to manage and overcome these challenges. We won't be skimming the surface, we will dive deep to discover the roots of your struggles.
