Great to meet you!

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, you're in the right place. Life's obstacles can feel heavy to carry alone, but you don't have to face them by yourself. I'm Morgan, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker working with adults navigating disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and mood instability.

My approach to therapy

Many of my clients carry a heavy internal load while appearing capable and highfunctioning to everyone around them. I provide a safe, welcoming space and take a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to help you navigate life's challenges, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside a strength-based lens that builds on what's already working for you. Together we name what's weighing on you, build practical coping tools, and work toward change that lasts, at a pace that feels doable.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other: what's bringing you to therapy now, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping will be different. From there we build a plan together, revisiting it as you grow and change. If you're ready to explore what change looks like, reach out today for a free 15 minute consultation. I'd love to hear from you.
