Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward? I work with individuals, couples, families, and children of all ages who are seeking peace, deeper connections, and the tools to face life's challenges with confidence. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, ASD, relationship issues, or distress from physical health conditions, we’ll take the time to explore your unique needs. My compassionate, empathetic approach combined with directness and a little humor helps create a safe, comfortable space where you can heal, grow, and find your balance.

My approach to therapy

My therapy process begins with a thorough assessment to create a tailored treatment plan, addressing mental, physical, and relational factors. I collaborate with other providers and connect clients with supportive resources. With 7 years in the medical field and personal experience navigating these challenges, I offer a comprehensive approach to healing.

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to guide you through tough times, listen without judgment, and offer support. If you're ready to explore how therapy can bring peace, healing, and connection to your life, please reach out to schedule a free consultation. I’d love to connect!

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and better understand what brings you to therapy. I conduct a thorough intake assessment to explore the different factors contributing to your experiences, including emotional, physical, relational, and past experiences. This helps me develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy is a collaborative process, so I'll share my observations, discuss which therapeutic approaches and interventions I believe may be helpful and why, and work with you to establish meaningful goals. Depending on your needs, we may also explore your attachment history to better understand patterns in relationships and emotional experiences. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and actively involved in shaping your treatment.
