Great to meet you!

A little bit about me, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a South Carolina Native. I have years of experience helping people see their true worth and understand that they are enough, and I pride myself on helping my clients heal from these same struggles and guiding them to a better life. I love providing people a safe space they might not have in their day-to-day life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus on using a blend of trauma-informed CBT and a client-centered approach. We’ll be working together with methods that best address your specific needs while processing emotional scars that may be holding you back from the life you want.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach emphasizes working with you to focus on your strengths, values and struggles in a personalized approach that helps you start the healing process. With virtual counseling, the process all takes place from the safety and convenience of your home.
