Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Morgan Pierce, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor! My background includes years of supporting clients LGBTQ+ clients navigating identity and trauma, and I bring that same affirming, judgement-free lens to every person I work with. My goal as a therapist is for people to see themselves with compassion and clarity.

I created my own practice from a deep belief that every human being is capable of growth and transformation, no matter how stuck, lost, or broken they may feel.

In our time together, we may explore patterns that no longer serve you, process old wounds, and build tools for resilience. I view therapy as a collaborative journey — one that honors the most authentic version of yourself and your capacity to heal from within.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a holistic awareness of the mind-body connection, so we’ll dive into thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and how they all interact.

We’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another and build practical tools to help you manage anxiety, shift negative thinking, and feel more balanced.

I encourage mindfulness, helping you learn to hold space for two truths at once — for example, accepting where you are while still working toward change.

I will help you examine the stories you tell about yourself and your experiences, so you can begin to rewrite them in ways that feel more empowering and true to who you are today.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I will get to know more about your background and what brought you to therapy now. We will work together to come up with goals that feel attainable and make sense for where you are hoping to go. I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll create a safe, genuine space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, without judgment. Rather than staying stuck in problems, we’ll focus on your strengths and achievable steps that move you forward.
