Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Morgan, a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life stressors. My approach is warm, compasionate, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. I have specialized training in trauma and use a trauma-informed approach in my work. I incorporate DBT, CBT, and mindfulness to help you build practical skills for navigating emotions and life’s day-to-day challenges. I also support you in feeling more confident, improving relationships, and navigating transitions. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences and help you feel more in control.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a foundation for our work together. I will ask some questions about your history, current concerns, and what’s been going on for you. We’ll talk about your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. This is your space, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
