Great to meet you!

I’m Morgan, licensed in Montana and currently my physical office is in Billings. Over the past 15 years, I have worked in diverse settings including hospital-based care, long-term residential treatment, community services, and outpatient therapy. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the challenges individuals face and the many paths to healing.

I’m not here to “fix” you—I’m here to help you grow into the version of you you want to be. My priority is creating a safe and respectful space that focuses on mutual trust and a working partnership. Together we will identify your goals, , develop strategies, and build skills that foster long-term growth and resilience. Change isn't magic; it’s practice, consistency, and the right strategies tailored just for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s a fit. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to the individual. My style is supportive, practical, and goal-focused. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR for trauma, along with cognitive-behavioral and strength-based strategies, to help clients make meaningful progress.

I like to start by building a connection and providing helpful psychoeducation to better understand your process and experiences. From there, we identify your initial needs and goals—whether that’s developing coping strategies, building new skills, or addressing specific challenges. I check in periodically to see if our treatment plan is working for you and adjust as needed.

My approach and goal is to keep your wants and needs at the center of treatment, walking alongside you in the process to provide perspective, reflection, and guidance in exploring next steps.

Strengths & Expertise

  • Trauma: I’ve guided people through processing painful memories and reclaiming peace.
  • Depression & Anxiety: Practical coping strategies that don’t feel like empty promises.
  • Lifespan Flexibility: Experience with teens through adults—meaningful work starts whenever you show up.

What you can expect from me

I hope you leave each session with a sense of being heard and seen, as well as practical skills and growing confidence for your own journey. Therapy with me is collaborative—we work together to clarify goals, practice strategies, and track progress in ways that feel meaningful to you.

I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful part of healing, and I aim to provide a consistent, safe space to process and reflect. Some sessions may feel lighter and skill-based, while others may be deeper and more challenging—both are valuable parts of the process. At times, the most meaningful change also comes from what happens outside of our sessions, such as practicing new skills, reflecting on insights, or implementing changes we’ve discussed. My goal is not only to help you through challenges, but to equip you with tools and confidence you can continue to carry long after therapy.
