Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Morgan, I specialize in working with people struggling with PTSD, work stress including federal employees, womxn’s issues, panic attacks, and non-monogamy. I’m committed to making each session purposeful and judgment-free, giving you room to grow with confidence. I use ACT, CBT, and CPT. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on what you’re already doing well.

My approach to therapy

I use practical tools to help you understand your thoughts, make room for difficult emotions, and take steps that align with your values. Together, we’ll work on changing unhelpful thinking patterns, building coping skills, and healing from past experiences that still impact you today.

What you can expect from me

I believe every person deserves to be heard, and occasionally supported in their path towards positive changes. I know how hard it can be to ask for support, and would be honored if you reach out to work with me. I can’t wait to meet you.
