Great to meet you!

I'm here for you—those who learned to read the room before they could read themselves—the caretakers, peacekeepers, overachievers, and those who disappeared to stay safe.

If you grew up in an alcoholic home or around any kind of chaos, disconnection, or unpredictability, you may still carry that in quiet ways – anxiety, self-doubt, the feeling of being “too much” or not enough at all.

You are NOT broken. You adapted brilliantly and survived.

Getting underneath these survival strategies, connecting to your truth, and building more safety inside is how you reclaim your power, your voice, and your future. You don’t have to do this alone.

My approach to therapy

This is a space where you don’t have to be the responsible one, the strong one, or the easy one. All parts of you are welcome—especially the messy ones who are often the ones most in need of being seen and understood. All of you is deserving of kindness and curiosity.

Together, we gently untangle old patterns, reconnect you with your body and inner clarity, and help you build a life that feels more like your own. We make space to feel what wasn’t allowed, say what was never said, and reconnect with the grounded, unshakable you beneath it all. From there, we gently grow more of what brings you peace, aliveness, hope, and meaning.

My approach blends attachment-based therapy, parts work, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to help you understand your story, reconnect with your body, and move forward with more ease, authenticity, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

You can arrive exactly as you are—uncertain, overwhelmed, hopeful, guarded... all of it is welcome. We’ll move at your pace, starting with what feels most important or most present.

I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect as we begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying and what you’re needing and longing for now.

Many people leave feeling a little more grounded, a little less alone, and a little more connected to themselves.

My greatest ambition is to provide a place where you can finally be as you are and begin again from there.
