Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I truly appreciate the privilege of providing a space for clients to authentically let down, feel supported with useable tools to address their challenges, and to create meaningful change and reflection in their lives and relationships.

I graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2020 and have over 8 years of experience providing coaching and support to individuals with persistent mental health challenges and their families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring a plethora of practices and interventions to sessions to create the most supportive and beneficial experience for clients. Some of those practices include: mindfulness and somatic awareness tools, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Regardless of what aspect of your identity and experience we are working with, I want you to feel free to be your whole self in our shared space.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their needs, concerns, hopes, and dreams.
