Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm so glad you're here.

I have almost 10 years of experience in the field of mental health in both outpatient and community based settings caring for both individuals and families with a diverse spectrum of needs and backgrounds.

I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State, and my Masters in Social Work from Boston University.

My experience has been in outpatient agencies, school based, community based clinical roles.

My approach to therapy

I have a solid understanding of most diagnoses, however I specialize in working with teens experiencing parental separation/divorce, grief, trauma, and anxiety. I spend time developing a sense of familiarity at the beginning of our relationship to increase trust and safety. After initial trust has been built, I facilitate a space for my clients to work through current stressors, or past traumas in a compassionate and nurturing space.

What you can expect from me

I rely on my immense capacity of empathy and compassion for other humans. I focus on increasing self-awareness through self-exploration using multiple evidence based modalities. I hold the belief that each person has within them the ability to make meaningful change in their lives, and the role I play is both a facilitator and witness. My goal will always be to help encourage positive, meaningful, and lasting change in my clients lives through evidence based therapeutic practices.
