My approach to therapy

I recognize that every individual's journey is unique, which is why I take an integrative and personalized approach to therapy. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, trauma-informed interventions, strengths-based approaches, and tailor treatment to meet your specific needs, goals and stage of life.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're a teenager or adult, you may find yourself struggling to make sense of difficult emotions, feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, or searching for a path forward. My hope is to empower you to cultivate emotional well-being, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting change that supports a more balanced and fulfilling life.
