Great to meet you!

Hello everyone,

I hope that I can be of service to you in your time of need. I am a proud husband, father and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I graduated with a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Trinity international University. My specialties are trauma, grief/depression, anger management, and anxiety/stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic in nature with a strong focus in cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that connecting mind, body, and spirit is imperative when dealing with mental health.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect an environment that is helpful in affirming, active listening, and truth. I believe in creating an environment where the client can feel productive and proud of their achievements no matter how small or great. Therefore, improvement is what we should strive for and never perfection.
