I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years' experience in the healthcare field, and I offer both in-person and telehealth/video visits. I am committed to helping people live a healthier, happier life, and my treatment focus includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, insomnia, alcohol use disorder, OCD, life coaching, school and work-related stress, trauma, and more.
