My name is Moses Oyeleye. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Nashville, Tennessee. I have over a decade experience in caring for Adolescents, adult and geriatric population. I graduated with Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University and Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing from University of South Alabama. I am committed to provide judgment free support, hope and compassionate care. I provide care for various kinds of mental health concerns which includes Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Bipolar disorder and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I am dedicated to provide empathetic, diligent and compassionate care for all my patients. Having worked extensively in various clinical settings such as outpatient and inpatient psychiatric units. I offer comprehensive, andindividualized outpatient psychiatric care. I am a strong promoter for the integration of mental and physical health care. By engaging in community advocacy and education, my aim is to diminish the stigma associated with mental illness and encourage individuals to seek necessary help and support.

I utilize a client-centered approach and modify treatment plans based on my clients individual’s needs. My goal is to help clients grow, heal, and become aware of inner strengths. I also create an environment where my patients is empowered to overcome limitations, achieve their full potential and improve their overall well-being.
