Great to meet you!

I am licensed in California (three years) with over 20 years of counseling experience in hospitals, K-12, military bases, university counseling centers and with athletes, teams and patients with disabilities. I have a background in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, motivation, self-esteem, racial discrimination, confidence and career difficulties.

My approach to therapy

Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy are approaches that I use, but I am willing to adapt that and work with a particular therapeutic orientation that you may prefer. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I will try my best to help you in your journey. You can do this! Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

What you can expect from me

Expect a lot of questions! lol. But seriously, it will be a safe space for you to share your goals for treatment and for us to make a plan together to help you get there.
