Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure how to move forward? Therapy can help you find clarity, peace, and confidence in a safe, nonjudgmental space.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-II) with over 15 years of experience helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, substance use, and life transitions.

In our sessions, we work as partners to:

  • Identify your strengths
  • Challenge patterns that hold you back
  • Build practical tools for lasting change

I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered, and Faith-Based Therapy. I am committed to culturally responsive counseling, honoring your background, identity, and life experiences.

My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, faith-based, and person-centered. I am more of a non-traditional therapist who likes to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients to be comfortable with being vulnerable.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be more like a consultation centered on building rapport and trust.
