Great to meet you!

I believe that our bodies are the tangible part of our emotional, psychological and spiritual existence. It is the passage where behaviors and social interactions occur. Therefore, it becomes an important part of addressing how we tolerate and manage feelings experienced due to life challenges. With the physiological and hormonal changes that impact females during various life stages, I have a particular interest is supporting adolescent girls and women.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a strength based, goal oriented treatment approach that includes collaborative coordination with other health care providers, community supports and family members as needed. Executive wellness coaching is also available for clients with particularly high demanding jobs to prevent and/or address how to mitigate chronic stressors.

What you can expect from our first session

My ideal client is willing to use a integrated approach with talk therapy as well as fitness techniques to increase their self-awareness and improve coping strategies.
