Great to meet you!

I provide a steady, compassionate, trauma-informed space where you don’t have to minimize what happened or “power through” alone. Whether you are navigating the heavy weight of complex grief, the exhaustion of PTSD, or the cycle of addiction, my goal is to help you move from a state of survival back into a life of connection and stability.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Addictions Counselor and a Certified Integrated Mental Health Provider.

I utilize an eclectic approach tailored to your unique path. Together, we’ll work to reduce the intensity of painful memories, strengthen your sense of safety, or help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel lost or shut down by learning how to respond differently to a trigger or having a clamer morning. I specialize in helping clients address the "why" behind their pain while building practical tools for a calmer daily life.

I have extensive experience supporting clients with PTSD, complex grief and loss, life transitions and co-occurring concerns that often develop alongside trauma.Using EMDR and trauma-focused techniques to soften the impact of painful memories. If addiction is part of your story, working together we can build stability and self-trust through relapse prevention and motivational interviewing. looking addiction through a trauma lens rather than one of judgment. we can address what you’ve survived and what you need now, I help clients using strengths-based therapy, especially when life transitions, grief, or stress has left you feeling unheard.

The weight of emotional pain can be unbearable and lonely. It feels difficult, impossible even, to envision feeling better, feeling fulfilled, feeling connected or just feeling like yourself again. I understand how daunting this first step can be and I provide a safe, warm space to help you make your way through this and find your healthy path.

My approach to therapy

My role as your therapist is to walk with you on your unique path towards healing. I specialize in co-occurring issues, addiction recovery, anxiety, stress and trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and sense of self.
