Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. My name is Muhammad Saahir, LMHC and I have been a full-time clinician since 2013 and fully licensed since 2016. My theoretical approach includes a combination of person-centered and cognitive behavior therapy. While working with clients, I aim to focus on giving space for growth, validation, and collaborative goal setting.

My approach to therapy

The way I can help a client (or couple) is to provide a space where a client can explore feelings and thoughts in an uninterrupted, person-centered environment. I have a strong interest in exploring the identities of clients and client identity development, particularly for clients of underrepresented populations.

What you can expect from me

A client can expect from their first session an opportunity to feel heard and validated. Within the first few minutes we'll be able to discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to map how we want to address any presenting issues.
