Great to meet you!

Finding the right mental health provider can feel overwhelming, especially when you want someone who will listen without judgment and take the time to understand the full picture. I provide compassionate psychiatric care for clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is centered on understanding each person as an individual, not simply focusing on a diagnosis or symptoms. I currently work primarily with adults and am especially interested in supporting clients and families across different stages of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe effective care starts with listening. I take time to understand your concerns, history, goals, and what you hope to change before determining the best path forward. My approach is collaborative and individualized, with treatment recommendations based on your unique needs and circumstances. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to create a comfortable space where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you to care. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, goals, and what you would like support with. You’ll have space to ask questions and share what matters most to you. From there, we can work together to determine appropriate next steps and create a treatment plan that feels practical and personalized to your needs.
