Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a heart for helping adolescent girls and women heal and move forward. I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, and faith-centered support. I am trained in Brainspotting Phases 1, 2, and 3, a powerful brain-body therapy for processing trauma and building resilience. With a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and over 13 years of experience, I create a safe, supportive space where you can work through life’s challenges at your own pace. Wherever you are on your journey, you don't have to face it alone.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I draw on brain-based and body-focused techniques, along with mindfulness and faith-centered practices, to help you heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and build lasting resilience. Every session is tailored to fit your unique needs and goals. My focus is on helping you grow with strength, self-awareness, and renewed hope.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel seen, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. I provide a safe, welcoming space for adolescent girls and women to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity development, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support your growth with faith-centered healing. My goal is for you to leave each session with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a renewed sense of hope.
