Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals optimize their overall mental health. I have a BA in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton, a MS in counseling from Cal State Los Angeles and have been practicing for nearly a decade. I am currently working with clients statewide via telehealth.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe space to process and reflect on the current challenges clients are experiencing that bring them into therapy. I specialize in working with young adults and adults who are struggling with major life transitions (i.e becoming a parent, career changes, marriage/divorce) and relationships (including intrapersonal). My therapy style is warm, genuine and direct; I want clients to leave session able to articulate what they gained from our time together.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients identify what their therapy goals are and tailor treatment to each individual's specific needs. I use a collaborative approach that encompasses focusing on all areas of an individual's well-being (i.e physical health, occupational, social wellness, etc).
