Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Murielle Joseph, but you can call me by my middle name, Eden. I am a queer-identifying therapist who specializes in LGBTQ+ matters, gender nonconformity, and transgender affirming practices. I work with a wide range of challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am trained in accelerated resolution therapy (ART), which has been researched to show promising effects for folks struggling with trauma, gender identity issues, childhood adversity, and mood/anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy

I see the rapport-building process as the most important part of therapy. I will take the time to get to know you and answer any questions you have about me or my experiences. I am a warm, affirming therapist who will gently challenge you as you need. I enjoy guiding my clients to making their own conclusions and empowering them to make the changes they want to see in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Expect new perspectives and to be affirmed that you do have a voice. You will always be seen and heard in our sessions together. I am glad you are here!
