Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree from Jacksonville State University and earned my Master's Degree from the University of Alabama. I have worked with individuals of all ages and have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, and grief. My favorite quote comes from To Kill A Mockingbird: "You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view... until you climb into his skin and walk around in it." This simple yet powerful reminder guides me to practice with empathy and unconditional positive regard.

My approach to therapy

My philosophy revolves around empowerment. I believe that lasting change occurs when clients are able to access their own strengths and resources. By building on these inner tools, clients are able to set attainable goals that foster growth and hope for the future.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with a sense of empowerment—developing the confidence and clarity to become the best version of themselves. My goal is to help each person not only cope with challenges but also build resilience and hope as they move forward.
