Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of clinical experience. I offer therapy in both English and Vietnamese and strive to create a supportive, culturally responsive environment where clients feel understood and respected.

I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and issues related to cultural identity, Asian American mental health, and cultural or family expectations.

My professional experience spans both community mental health and specialized outpatient care for nearly a decade. I worked in community mental health serving adolescents and adults. Currently, I work at Stanford Medicine Children's Health, where I provide evidence-based treatment for pediatric anxiety and trauma related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we will identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges more effectively. My goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating and my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another, exploring what brings you to therapy, discussing personal history, strengths, current challenges, and identify what you'd like to achieve in treatment.
