Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Mycah Jack, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. My journey in healthcare began in 2012 when I started working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, a role that laid the foundation for my passion for patient care. From 2016 to 2021, I worked as a Registered Nurse, gaining invaluable clinical experience across various healthcare settings. In 2021, I advanced my career by becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, allowing me to provide comprehensive primary care to diverse populations. Most recently, in 2024, I earned my certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, driven by a deep interest in mental health and a commitment to supporting individuals through evidence-based, compassionate psychiatric care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with patients is rooted in compassion, warmth, and a genuine desire to understand each individual’s unique experience. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. I pride myself on delivering evidence-based care, combining clinical knowledge with empathy to guide treatment decisions. By staying informed on the latest research and best practices, I ensure that my care is not only grounded in science but also delivered with heart and an open mind. My goal is always to build trusting relationships that empower patients in their healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

After meeting together, you’ll leave with a clear, personalized treatment roadmap—grounded in evidence-based care and delivered with warmth, understanding, and unwavering compassion. First, we’ll collaborate to assess your current concerns alongside your personal and family health context. I’ll listen deeply, ensuring you feel heard and seen. Together, we'll explore your symptoms, goals, and preferences to co-create a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication, lifestyle strategies, or referrals as needed. My goal is to empower you with clarity, support, and the next steps!
