Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP), I have more than four years of experience providing counseling services to adults and families facing a variety of mental health and relational challenges. I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore concerns, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful change.

My clinical experience includes helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, relational trauma, family conflict, and emotional distress. I also have experience in crisis management, supporting clients through acute challenges while helping them develop effective coping strategies and regain stability.

I utilize a collaborative, client-centered approach and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. My therapeutic framework incorporates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), family systems approaches, couples therapy, and evidence-based interventions that promote resilience, healthier communication, and stronger relationships. I believe that healing occurs within the context of supportive relationships and that therapy can provide a space for growth, insight, and lasting transformation.

Areas of Focus: Anxiety, Depression, Relational Issues, Relational Trauma, Family Conflict, Couples Concerns, Life Transitions, Stress Management, Crisis Intervention, Communication Challenges, and Personal Growth.

Population Served: Adults, Couples, and Families.

Treatment Approaches: Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Strengths-Based Counseling, and Person-Centered Therapy.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my counseling approach is the belief that every person deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and genuine acceptance. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

Using a person-centered approach, I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authentic support as you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will explore what matters most to you, honor your unique experiences, and build on your existing strengths.

Healing often begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship where you can freely express yourself without fear of judgment. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, or simply seeking personal growth, you will be met with warmth, understanding, and respect.

I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel empowered to reconnect with their values, discover their inner resilience, and embrace their authentic selves. My hope is that our work together provides not only support during difficult times but also the confidence and self-compassion needed to create lasting growth and emotional well-being

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to counseling, your current concerns, and your goals for therapy. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted as we begin your journey toward healing and growth.
