Great to meet you!
As a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP), I have more than four years of experience providing counseling services to adults and families facing a variety of mental health and relational challenges. I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore concerns, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful change.
My clinical experience includes helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, relational trauma, family conflict, and emotional distress. I also have experience in crisis management, supporting clients through acute challenges while helping them develop effective coping strategies and regain stability.

My therapeutic framework incorporates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), family systems approaches, couples therapy, and evidence-based interventions that promote resilience, healthier communication, and stronger relationships.
