Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Myea, a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. In our work together, evidence-based medication management alongside supportive psychotherapy will be utilized to develop your personalized treatment plan. After delving into your history, we will identify current challenges and focus on empowering you with the necessary tools and support to accomplish your goals.

My approach to therapy

As we build trust during initial sessions, care will be customized so that you are informed and prepared to begin or continue your mental health journey. My approach is grounded in authenticity—I don’t believe in performing or masking. Too often, we worry about how we’re perceived by others, but in our sessions, you can simply exhale, relax, and just...be.

What you can expect from me

Relief! I’ve spent years in discomfort navigating personal and professional spaces feeling as if I didn't belong related to my appearance, accent, tone, and more. It is a privilege to offer you a safe space where you can be your true, raw self and feel empowered to thrive, without fear of judgment.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I’m here to help.
