Great to meet you!

Do you feel stuck? Like nothing will ever get better? People tell you to just get over it? It's okay to ask for help and you don't have to figure it out alone. I come from a culture that

promotes courage, creativity, and communication, and I bring those values into every session.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, depression, ADHD, and trauma, drawing on your strengths while addressing what's holding you back. My goal is to guide you toward wellness and balance in your relationships, your daily life, and your sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you understand how your thoughts shape your experience and build practical tools for real change. I also draw on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing when a goal-directed focus fits best. Sessions are shaped around what you're working through right now.

What you can expect from me

I focus on specific identified problems and your strengths, not just what's hard, but what is important to you. Together, we will work to reduce the past pain that affects your daily life and build clearer, more grounded ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
