Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and the lingering effects of stress or trauma.

I believe therapy is a space for self-discovery and a place to reconnect with your voice, find balance, and move toward healing. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, or past wounds, I provide a calm, safe, and collaborative environment for you to grow and heal at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I integrate trauma-informed care, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while always centering compassion and authenticity. I view therapy as a partnership , you bring your lived experience and I bring the tools, insight, and guidance to help you process, reset, and rebuild.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk through what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to focus on. I’ll walk you through what sessions typically look like and we’ll begin identifying your goals.... whether that’s feeling more grounded, creating healthier boundaries, or finding ways to manage daily stress.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very first conversation.
