Great to meet you!

Coming to therapy is a significant step, and my first goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and heard. Early on, I discovered that the most impactful change comes from having a close satisfying relationship with someone you trust. I’ve always been drawn to the idea that therapy should feel natural—like a meaningful conversation in we can explore and adapt to what you are needing.

I specialize in helping individuals manage life’s challenges, including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, overwhelming stress, trauma, addiction, and struggles connecting with others. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, but it’s also a powerful step toward creating a better future.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is conversational and collaborative, creating a space where opening up feels natural. I believe that meaningful progress happens when you feel comfortable being yourself, which is why I prioritize a relaxed, engaging dynamic. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor each session to your unique needs, allowing our conversations to flow organically while still focusing on the deeper issues at hand. My goal is to ensure that therapy feels like a supportive partnership—one where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to explore new perspectives and solutions.

Over time, I’ve developed a method that balances immediate support with deeper, lasting change. As I found my voice as a therapist, I learned how to incorporate evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT, and humanistic therapy to help people create meaningful shifts in their lives. Through our work together, we’ll build strategies to help you gain a greater sense of fulfillment and peace in your life.

What you can expect from me

My approach balances practical solutions with deeper exploration to create lasting change. I understand that when you're facing challenges, you need strategies that help you feel better now while also working toward long-term growth. In our sessions, we’ll focus on tools and techniques you can apply right away to manage stress, anxiety, or other difficulties, while also uncovering the underlying patterns that shape your experiences. This combination allows for meaningful transformation, empowering you to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.
