Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I also specialize in working with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. My goal in couples work is to create a balanced space where both partners feel heard, understood, and supported as we work toward a stronger relationship.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), strength-based techniques, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). My goal is to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can develop healthier ways of coping and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for greater insight and balance, therapy can be a place to explore what you're going through and move toward lasting growth. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck, and over time begin to feel more confident, grounded, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
