Great to meet you!

Welcome! I appreciate you for taking actions for your well-being by reaching out to me to work on the challenges in life. It takes courage and strength to do that.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in TX, WY. I hold certifications as a mediator for conflict resolution, family reconciliation and divorce & custody mediation. I completed Professional Training Program in Mind-Body Medicine and hold certifications of Assisting Individuals in Crisis and Group Crisis Intervention.

My approach to therapy

I love what I do as a therapist. I see beauty in everything and believe in strengths in clients. My approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-based and Spiritual. My view of therapy is finding “Truth,” nurturing “inner world,” recognizing we are not just “Thoughts,” “Emotions,” “Body,” but much more beyond, eternal “Being” with “Soul” and “Spirit." Therapy is the journey to realize the essence of who we are to live with joy, freedom, integrity, and peace.

What you can expect from me

In order for the therapy to be most successful, you will have to work on things we talk about both during our session and between our session. The first couple of sessions will involve an assessment of your needs, we will discuss treatment goals and plan and review the progress that you would make. You will be an active participant to express your view of all those processes and exercise your right to decide what is the best for your overall well-being.
