Great to meet you!

You have taken the first step...now let me introduce myself! I am a compassionate and empowering therapist dedicated to helping individuals thrive. With a holistic and strengths-based approach, I believe in focusing on each client's unique abilities and potential. My goal is to create a supportive space where healing and personal growth are at the forefront.

My approach to therapy

Stressed about relationships or work? Feeling overwhelmed with others and putting yourself last? Depressed? Anxious? Need someone who will really listen to your concerns? I do just that. I have extensive experience in helping adults, esp. women, with regaining a sense of who they are and want to become, in small steps. Grief and loss, life transitions, divorces, and family problems can be very difficult to manage at times. You need someone with experience and knowledge to be there for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will learn much more about you and your concerns and needs. Each session is tailored to what YOU want to gain from therapy. My approach is relaxed and based on various techniques, such as REBT/CBT, walking with you each step on this path of self-discovery. My goal thru therapy is that you feel better than you have in a long time!
