Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and relationship concerns, using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth—I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be real without judgment. I’ve also worked in leadership and supervision roles, which helps me bring a well-rounded perspective to care. My goal is to support you in building insight, healing, and lasting change at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I use a trauma-informed lens and integrate evidence-based practices to help clients understand patterns, process past experiences, and build healthier ways of coping and relating. My style is warm, direct, and grounded—I will support you while also gently challenging you to grow. I often focus on areas such as trauma, anxiety, self-worth, and relationship dynamics, helping clients develop insight and make meaningful, lasting changes. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, relaxed space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll also share how I work and collaborate with you to begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic. My priority is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood from the very start. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like.
